List out of bounds

When i try to copy my dvd film instant cd keeps saying list out of bounds,ive done a few dvds now with no problem,anybody know y this is happening.Im trying to do a image file of the film

So all you are doing is making an image of the film and you get the "list out of bounce" error?

Try using DVD Decrypter in ISO mode.
