Anybody else have this problem?

Hey guys, I got a quick question for everybody and maybe I can finally get some help on this. When I make a back-up of Hunter the reckoning EVERY FRIGGIN BURN I make seems to not read the audio files correctly. All the voices and sound effects are about two seconds behind the actual game (movies only I might add) For example: In the intro movie with the excuetion scene the guy throws the switch to the electric chair...and 2 seconds later you hear the sound effect for him throwing the switch and the guy cooking like a freshly baked ham. For all this time I've just dealt with it but it's REALLY driving me up the friggin wall so if anybody here has made a perfect backup or at least knows how to correct it that would be awesome.

By the By the whole thing FTPed correctly and I used the data burn method.

sorry to say this guys but i burned this game using the data burn method and it works perfectley the only difference i see to you'r attempts is that i patched the game prior to the burn.

I have this problem with Enter the Matrix. All the sound is out of sync, no matter what I patch. Instead, LotR - The Two Towers has terrible frameskips in every movie scene. I tried it on TDK at 2x and 1x, but it jumps frames&sound everytime.
I fear it's a matter of DVD reader, which is different and very unreliable in every Xbox.

ugh...that blows. oh well it really screws with me when all I want to do is enjoy a game for good gameplay and story and the damned thing sound if off. Oh well I guess I'll take it off the shelf and play it when my brother isn't around.
