Can you chose dutch in the installing menu?

If not, you can't change it to duth, if you can. do this.

go to regedit, HKEY_LOCALMACHINE (something) EA Games, then the game, look at language string, chage it to dutch. Look at Region string, change it to 000some number.
Then aslo go to. 1.0 map and change the same setting there...

If you got another EA game at Dutch you can see what region setting and stuff like that you will change it to!
