Please help a neebie

I'm in the works on buying what i need to copy the games I want. I just bought the playstation 2 & I will send it in to get the modd installed. I have a CDRW & my sister has alot of games that i want to copy. I have Nero that i installed. The ?? i have is will i have any problems not having a DVD burner? Any help???

First things i did when i new i was gonna get my ps2 modded.

1. Research who im sending my unit to. Dont wanna be another person who gets scammed.

2. Next figure out which chip I wanted.

3. Then looked for a DVD Burner.

4. Then looked for a new HD.

5. Looked for some ps2 burning guides.

6. Saved cash for everything.

If u follow what i did then ull be set. Allthough u really dont need the HD but its useful when ur copying discs. Its really not recommended to get a chip unless u have a DVD burner because most PS2 games are on DVD. So its really a neccesity when u got a chip installed or at least IMO.

So You are saying to copy most of the games now i will have to have a DVD burner right? Where would I go to look for places to send my playstation to get the modd put it? Sorry for all the ???

well we got lots of people here that do mods. But im not sure we suppose to advertise for them. lol I guess if they see it they may just contact u through PM. If u havent got a PM. Ill give u the info on who modded my system through PM.

I don't want to be the boring person... but aint it ilegal to burn games for your own perpose, that you don't legaly own? i beleve this forum is for helping people making backups of legaly own games, not making copies of friends games...

but what do i know...
