quake @ dcemu.com HOW DO I BURN NERO IMAGE?

ok i got the quake nero image from dcemu.com i need to know if there is a special way to burn or do i need a boot cd plz help thanx

you will need to use nero to burn the image just burn it as new cd other formats then from an image when you do it yu will know what i mean
