new bios for X2 lite!!!!!!!!
i'm looking to update my bios on my x2 lite because i have a few games backed-up that should have been patched.
now i know there are 2 bios's on the x2 lite already (v1 & v2) What i would like to do is write the new bios over the v2 bios that is already there. i'm assuming that can be done by popping off the flash protection jumper and the v1/v2 jumper, then flashing it with evox. the only thing is i don't know how to flash a mod with evox and i can't get any hard evidence on how to do it anywhere. little help here fellas, it would be greatly appreciated. thanks

How to flash your x2 lite..
The way to flas the X2 lite is extremely simple you should be able to find tutorials on XBox scene, However what you need to do is make a folder with the bios max is 256k with the X2 lite the FTP it into the C partition of your xbox reboot the xbox go to flash on the evox menu select the bios you wish to flash and voila.. I posted some questions about this myself I think you should be able to find the topic there should be some help there as well

so there is no way to overwrite the 2nd bios that i do not use beause i'm assuming that if you have to reboot that the other bios won't actually boot up the wit the mod if the versions don't match.
or will writing the bios before the boot up cure that prob.

Don't worry about it. Just flash your chip with the new BIOS. All you have to do is take off the flash protection jumper.
Oh and make sure your not running Evolution X 1.8.3285, this ver. had a bug in it that would not flash the chip some times. Just upgrade to X 1.8.3752 and you should be fine.

3752 is the newest one, and I've never had a prob with it.
