Need help copying Heroes 4 play disk.

Hello all, I am having a devil of a time trying to copy the heroes 4 play disk. I have clone cd 3.3.4.1 and clony. Can anyone direct me or possibly help me out. I am getting a copy that seems to have all files on it but when I try to start game, it loads and loads and than says I need to reload disk..which never truly starts the game. Please help..Thanks in advance for you advice...

And does it work well with the original CD (from witch you make the backup)?

use one of those game fixes and update ur clonecd ver 2.something is out now

Please tell me more about these patches. Do they work with clone CD? or my game. Yes the original game play disc for heroes works fine. I dont want to pay for an upgrade to cloneCD. That is what I seem to have to do to upgrade my version. I have a yamaha CD/RW. If you have any suggestions please show me how..

I understand your frustration as I am a big fan of Heroes of Might & Magic too. With the second expansion out, "The Winds Of War", I eagerly awaited the No CD crack at GCW everyday. And waited and waited....
I posted a request in the file forum here for a crack. Someone said to use Boolseye's Unsafedisc. Well, I don't know anything about these things so I waited a few more weeks for a crack. There was none.
Searching around, I found the place that had Boolseye and got a copy of Clony XXL. Clony XXL told me the game was protected with Unsafedisc v2.5! Boolseye is the correct program to fix your games executable file. It works quite efficiently and in no time I had a fixed crack. You can do it as well.
The fixed exe is 7.5 Mb. Maybe this is why they don't post it as it is huge.

the protection isnt unsafedisc its safedisc and if ur writer is a good one (Lite-ON) U can copy any safedisk game using alcohol 120%

Thanks Very much for your posts...where may I find Alcohol 120% and is it a program that works with my CD writer? That is do I install it and than run my Yamaha 20/10/40 CD/RW?..
