I got this game I got ripped for me by a friend. (NFS Hotpursuit)
I had it for ages now.

Anyway it played fine (in colour) in my old V3 Neo 2.2!

But today i found the game lying around and thought i would have a quick play.

With my V7 Messiah 2 it plays B&W, although at the beginning there is a little intro page in colour but no Selector of any kind.

I have a few other rips from my friend they have selectors but this one doesn't.

Whats going on why did it play fine on my PAL Neo 2.2 V3 (colour) but not in my PAL V7 Messiah 2.

Presumably you own the original version, and you have no means of making a backup/ripped backup of this game...
Using your original and the correct hardware/software, re-backup these games to their correct format following the tutorials in this thread, if you dont have the correct hardware/software, just stick to using your original
