NTSC PSX games on PAL PS2
I would just like to know which is the best patcher for PSX games from NTSC/PAL to play them on PS2 or maybe import player to corect frequency problem(y-pos).Now I've tryed ImportPlayer Light 2.1 and the picture and color are fine but the in-game movies seems to work slow and the sound skips in in-game movies too.
And please don't post me PS2 color fix diagrams because the color is just fine, because I've already done color fix and I use RGB cable. Thanx!

the best patcher, providing that you can find a ppf patch or create your own ppf patch, is ppf-o-matic (from www.paradogs.com)
apart from that, there are a whole load of NTSC/PAL region tools available for download from here
