You gotta use Clonecd or Alcohol120% for this. Just edit a profile in Clonecd (like "Game cd") and specify a lower READ speed (probably 4x), then use this profile to copy the cd. If you make an hard disk image first, you can test it out with Daemon Tools to see if it works without first burning on the cd.
