Apparantly so, I have one but have not yet tested it (run out of disks! See other posts...)

Well apparently, the Dreamcast doesn`t have enough memory to load games such as KOF. Lighter games work however, but not quite at full speed. (about 80% speed from what I have read)

However, that`s a shame that no emulator was release to emulate NeoGeo CD which would not suffer from such memory limitation.
