Utopia Help Please!!!!

I recently bought sonic adventure and sword of the beserk backups from a backup site. well i downloaded my own boot cd and it loads fine. it says utopia presents: cd loader v1.1 and it has a spnning reindeer on the screen. when i switch it from the boot cd to the backup all that the screen has on it is parts of the spinning reindeer on it. what's wrong????

The boot files might be corrupted somehow... I'd try downloading and burning the boot disc again, this time using a version for different burning software. I recomend the nero version. good luck!
