Multi-CD games not liking next CD's

i've got the same pb of you when i insert the 2 disc, there is a error of the disc. So i will try the trick of snake 2 to change with another game and imput the good burning game but i heard that the mode chip is for not doing that but i don't know how it works? If somebody can explain me how using the mode chip i'll be happy
