Hello all,
First time post. I am very impressed with your forums. Big help in the learning process. I have come a long way. I could use a little help though. I have made backup of IGI2 which appears to be a good copy. However, when I try to play it says please insert cd1. I know that there are fixes for the .exe file but cant seem to get them to work for me. Could someone please give some advice as to the steps I need to take to get this to work. IT IS NOT AN ILLEGAL COPY! I do not support as it will kill new software from being written for us to enjoy! I need help in what order to do it and where to place new files etc. Please help an avid learner! Thanks

It was a bit hard finding a crack for the latest version, which is v1.1. Here is a site that has it, it's in spanish but just click on the crack and press the button in the extra window and it'll download. I suggest updating to v1.1 and using this crack. I don't know whether it's a fixed exe or nocd so you'll have to test that yourself.

Well it's supposed to replace the file with the same name in your IGI2 directory on the hard disk. Usually this is in the main game directory, some games put it in a subdirectory like "Bin" or "System". Also don't forget to use winrar 3.0 or later to decompress to avoid errors.
