Copy Program Copatability
I read on another thread that there may be compatability problems with certain programs - he mentioned that Roxio Easy CD Creator 6 messed up his RecordNow Max. I too have RecordNow and was wanting to install Instant CD/DVD that came with my Pioneer A05 and also Alcohol 120%. Is anyone aware of any problems that may occur running the three programs I mentioned?
Thanks as always. |

Some people have conflicts some don't. Give it a try.

I got all three of those running without any problem, along with several other copy progs too.
The only problem I had was with easyCD Creator not working when the other progs u mentioned r installed, but as easy CD Creator is pretty poor anyway I just ditched it and used alternative progs. InstantCD/DVD will come up with an error message when u try to run InstantCopy. It says that it has detected other drivers which may interfere with InstantCopy, just cancel and ignore it. Works fine. To back-up ps2 dvd using InstantCD/DVD, go to instantCopy and write an image to your harddirve using the 'PSX' profile, then write back to the dvd-r using no profile, just select the image and select the correct write speed for the blank dvd-r. Make sure you disable auto insert notification on your a-05 before u try to copy any dvd's using instantCD/DVD and check the automatic finalisation bos on your a-05 properties or u get snags with ejecting discs after they've burned. InstantCD/DVD works on most games but not on Wipeout Fusion for some reason and a couple of hours. To be totally honest, I would stick to Record Now Max.
