Game Backup

IM TRYING TO COPY FINAL FANTASY X USING CLONE CD IT READS THE DISK BUT WHEN IT GETS READY TO WRITE IT GIVES ME AM IMAGE.SUB DOES NOT MATCH TO IMAGE.IMG WHAT DO I DO?

I get that problem too. I think its a compatibility issue between cloneCD and yr cd writer.

I have now ditched CloneCD and use PrimoDVD2 to copy both DVD's and CD's and have had no problems.

U could also try blind write suite which is good with psx & ps2 cd's or CDRWin at a push.

I use CD-R Win and have problems w/ ripping DVDs. I would use Primo Because it IS the best. IMO

I bought CloneCD a while back, when it was the only thing that would copy protected PC games (I have a 2-year old, he EATS cd's, literally).

It has... not gotten better.

In some ways it has - lots of new protections covered. But in other ways it has gotten more obtuse and less friendly.

But your problem is almost 100% definitely that CloneCD doesn't like your drive.

Use Recordnow MAX to copy DVD's.
