newbie needs info

Hi all
i;m planning to buy a PSX2
i like to know how to chip it so i can play copied games
and how i burn those
I'm totally new at this :-)
Please help me
I got a DVD burner and acces to Payed Newsgroups

Let me know plz

You have to be very handy with a soldering iron to be able to install a mod chip. It is best to get a pro to do the install for you. The messiah 2 is the best mod chip available.

copying is not to hard?
Got DVD burner and copy programs should be easy to come by
but do i need to Rip the games first or will a Backup do?

dvd burner no ripping needed

only a handful of dvd9 games out at the moment these i doubt u be able to rip
1 group managed 1 so far no ripping guide has been released

To backup your original games is not difficult, follow the tutorials from either www.psxcopyworld.co.uk or http://psxpaul.cjb.net

I would advise that you also have a quick re-read of this forum's rules also
