Disc Juggler + Win Me = NO? (Plz help BIG PAPA)

I have windows ME, and I cant seem to run disc juggler 2.0, 3.0 works, but i cant burn DC games with that, if it's not possible to get win me to work with disc juggler 2.0, then can I use some other program to burn .cdi files? or can I use iso buster and extract the .cdi file and burn it with an another program that does work in Win Me? and I have a Sony 8X4X32 cdr
