_ I think the FAQ telling how to create selfboot games from nonboot games is good
_ CDMage locks when your CDI image is too recent (it doesn't support latest versions of DiskJuggler). In that case, you must use CDIRip and IsoFix.
_ I think tutorials to create nonboot games from selfboot games (even if there's no need to), or to "convert" audio/data CD to data/data CD have already been written. Anyway :

_ to remove selfboot (I didn't try that) :
1) copy all files from your burnt CD to a directory (or extract them with any tool you want)
2) extract ip.bin from your selfboot CD using my tool (IPExtractor)
3) look for every files containing "CD001" and binhack them to 0 (i.e. "binhack xxx.bin 0").
4) burn the whole files to a CD as data, and finalize session

_ to "convert" audio/data to data/data :
1) copy all files from your burnt CD to a directory (or extract them with any tool you want)
2) extract ip.bin from your selfboot CD using my tool (IPExtractor)
3) look for every files containing "CD001" and binhack them to 0 (i.e. "binhack xxx.bin 0").
4) use CDRWin to build an ISO9660 image (uncheck "preserve full pathname" and "include archive files only", check "include idden files", "long filenames", "include system files" and
"recurse subdirectories")
5) use Bin2Boot on the resulting image

This should work for games without CDDA.
Can someone confirm ?
