You will get a screen that says "please insert disc 2" Never tried removing things cause I could care less about the screen, but you can remove anything you want using those tools used in the tutorial I mentioned above. You do know that dvdxcopy usualy ends up having to split 1 dvd into 2 right? So if you have 2 discs, this will likely require 4 discs to backup. If this is the case, rip your dvd using dvd decoder or smart ripper and then use the tutorial to remove what you want. Then use dvd2one. And repeat for the second disc. That way you only use 2 discs total. You might want to look at this guide too. I don't think it is worth the hastle but whatever tickles your fancy.
