disc juggler sux

I hate disc juggler. can someone help me with it. I tried to burn two different cdi files and it always does an error. The first time i tried it it worked but even then it tried to make more copies and all this crap and i ended up making 2 coasters. Can someone tell me maybe whats wrong and the settings i am supposed to have on this unreliable, stupidass, excuse for a cdr program.
