Question Creating Fixed-exe

I currently have Delta Force:Black Hawk Down v1.0 running with a fixed-exe.....I also still have the origianl .exe.....The update just came out, and I was wondering if anyone new or had tips on how I can create my own fixed-exe for the new update....

I tried searching all it talks about is replacing original .exe with fixed...nothing about creating fixed-exe....
