hot date force the intro movie

i am having a little sound problem with hot date when i first played it i had no problems but the second time i started it up it had no sound or music now i think this problem might be helped by makin it play the intro movie since thats the only difference i coud find so is it possible to force the game to play the intro movie evry time i play the game like it did with the original sims
now i know this is no tech support but A. i cant seem to find a tech support forum of the sims and B.messing around with cd's and regs seem to be your field of expertise
so if ny one can help me out it is really appreciated

If you do have the originals. You can try krondike.coolfreepage.com/forum
This forums is allow to put in Techinal Support, stuff.... there is a category for that

But here you can't have tech support... sorry..

So ether you go to eagames tech support, or try my... If you add a topic, maybe someday will answer you question..
