Mpeg Conversion

HELP! I've downloaded some comedy skits online (Mpegs) and am using Ulead DVD Moviefactory to write to DVD. I use the highest quality setting, but when I play it in our DVD player, the screen flickers quite a bit. The audio is fine and the picture is ok, its just the flickering that's driving me nuts. I tried using my PS2 and it doesn't work at all (which I figured) Any ideas? Thanks!

VOB instant cd/dvd v6.5 (instant video) always works for me.
A 30 day evaluation version was available for download from their server, but it appears to be down. I’m pretty sure you can still find it on the net.

Agree

I agree TMpeg works very well. I have never had a problem with it either.
