Games that do not work with flip-top shell

I am using a flip-top shell with swap magic CDs (I know these suck but I don't have the time/patience/money to use anything better) I recently ran into a problem with Hitman 2 not working with this setup. Does anyone know what other games do not work with this system? And do other units such as GameShark or ProActionReplay work on games like Hitman 2?

Most DVD rips will not boot with the swap magic discs, however some might work with GS2/AR2.
DVD backups will not boot with GS2/AR2 and a flip top shell.

On a version 7 machine with swap magic 2 discs the games

Baulders Gate - Dark Alliance
Final Fantasy X
Max Payne
Kindom Hearts (PAL)
Deus Ex.
Shadow Hearts
Ratchet and Clank

Work perfectly. The problem is with Hitman 2 and co, you CANNOT do the gameshark/action replay swap using a version 7 machine.

THe only way around is to buy a better mod.
