burning ps2 back ups

Is there any way i can burn ps2 back ups and play them with out a dvd rom, mod chip, or dvd r?

no, you need the tools mentioned to burn and play backups without damaging the PS2.

Well you can only burn cd based games (not too many) and you would end up messing your playstation 2 up very badly. I did, actually i officially messed it up completely when i tried to up the power of the laser, but thats another story.
