Why Don't All Dc Groups Just Release One Session Dc Gamez?

thnx big papa .. yeah just weird thats all i understand why 2 sessions are needed cause of self boot .. But like i said Virtua Tennis by Nbc<self boot> works,burned right cause i noticed they used One Session not Two. So u can make selfboot gamez with One Session if Nbc did .. so can we ..
