the way i did it...
download an iso of it or whatever, and extract it connect to your xbox via ftp and go into the f or e porsion of your hd, create a folder xbmp and put all the contents in there as well as ur movies in the movie folder that you should find in the iso edit the evox.ini to create a shortcut to it or start it with a raw command from flashfxp now if you have the network still connected the xbox will try and stream a move from your pc, just disconnect from the network and a menu with all the movies on your cd should appear, click the movie and ta da,should play any problems u know where to post
