anyone ever used memorex dvd-r?

have any of you ever used memorex dvd-r's? if so can you please post some feedback. i have been using verbatims but my local store (best buy, where i work and get a discount ) has been out of them. all dvd-r's in my area are in and out in a matter of seconds of hitting the shelves. iso since memorex was another option, i was just curious on what you all think about them?

MemoreX DVD-R

Well I am real new to this and I was having issues with media..I bought a batch of Riteks and all I did was get 6 coasters, so I went to CompUSA and bought one of 3 different brands. Memorex Ver 2, TDK, Imation...the only one that worked was the Memorex..like i said I just started doing backups but the only two media that have worked for me are Memorex and Pioneer. I have a V7 w/ a Magic 3.6 and use a Pioneer DVR-104. I've had 3 successful backups using the Memorex

I heard alot of people talking about Verbatims..where can i get them?? I like the memorex but they are 4$ a pop around my way.
a little pricey compared to the Riteks that i bought
