DVD menu maker?

I made a couple movies and would like to burn them to a dvd. I also have a couple of divx movies I would like to burn as well.

Anyways, I want to make my own DVD menu. Customize it as I want, or change backgound images and so on.

Is there any dvd program out there that can make dvd menus and such?

That would be perfect, but im looking for something a little cheaper. If I got that p-gram, i'd be paying $40 to make a dvd menu. I already have a good capturing/editing program, so I wouldn't use Aver DVD EZ Maker for anyhitn else but creating menus.

Thanks anyway, I searched google and found nothing even close to that. If I can't find an alternative, that might be my only choice.

Yeah, that's where I found it, using google. If you can't find anything using google, chance are you aren't going to find it.

I came across a couple sites that said you can make the menu's with adobe photoshop with layers.
here's a link:

If anyone has tried making a menu with it, tell me your results. I'm gonna attempt it this weekend.
