Messiah 2 and cd games
Does the Messiah 2 chip play NTSC cd based games on a PAL machine, without the need for the games to be patched? Thanks for any info.

The games will play fine but the display will be in balck and white unless u have the ntsc colour correction link applied to yr PS2 or an NTSC compatible TV or a component scart lead.

Thats strange then, cause Ive burnt a couple onto verbatim cdr and they dont work, the screen just goes black and the disc spins round but thats it
Is it easy to open up the ps2 and look at what chip is in there?
