If you buy anything from tha above make sure you test it without taking it out of the sealed wrapping? If you do and it's wrong they will not give you a refund. How you are suposed to do the above I don't know.

Hi gacarter,

don't take this sort of bs from Overclockers m8!

Under the 'distance selling regulations', you have as much right as buying it over the counter at PC World for example.

If the goods are faulty or otherwise not fit for the purposes they were intended for then you are entitled to a refund, period. The only reason you wouldn't, is because you changed your mind. Only people such as M&S cater for that

If they refuse, then contact your Office of fair Trading, and/or look up your rights at the DTI web site(s), and contact your credit card company to let them know that the purchase is subject to dispute.

Don't let the f**kers get away with it.

Of course how long they take to sort it out is another matter!

Thanks for the warning about them anyway. I was tempted to order something from them myself, but I'll look elsewhere now.
