Help needed!!

I don't do this for the norm, My three year old son has been diagnosised autistic, we have been given funding by SAFFA for a touch screen monitor which he uses at school, and need a laptop with cdrom to run with it.

rock969 : I can see where you're coming from, but this is really off topic. Maybe you're better off posting something somewhere more relevant, maybe in some uk hardware enthusiasts forums, you're bound to find people there with lots of cheap laptops.
