Pro Evolution Soccer 2 problem...

I need some advice with Pro Evolution Soccer 2 please: -

I have fitted a non solder chip and have backed up and loaded tiger woods golf ok, but after burning two pro evo disks neither will work.

I can't see a patch for the game, any suggestions why it wont work?

I am using Record Now 4.50 and have the oem version of the sony 500a, and I am reading and burning at the slowest speed.

Any suggestions/assistance would be appreciated.

Cheers

James

Are you using Swap Magic discs? Because PES2 doesn't work with with it.

Thanks for the reply,

Yes I tried the action replay version 2 and couldn't seem to get that to work either, kept coming up with the no data screen.

Are these non solder chips worth the bother or would you recommend a soldered chip?

Regards

James

i think u need a action replay cd or the other one (magic something or other, bighap sed it a min ago). I read somewhere buy using a non solder chip they may go out of line and not work properly. so make sure its installed properly.

OR

as everyone in this forum says 'get a messiah 2'. I got one installed and its great.

Where is the best place to buy a messiah 2 chip, and do you get installation instructions (my mate could fit it).

Regards

James

Send charlie_ps2 or dust2dust an email and they can get you sorted with a Messiah 2. It is far superior to the no solder. Just a warning, installation is very difficult. Unless your friend is an excellent solderer, get a pro to install it. The points are extremely close together. Diagrams are available at www.messiah2.com
