Which version (v5, v6 etc)?

Hi guys,

Just wondering which version of the PAL PS2 it is best to buy for laser strngth etc?

I read that v5 has the best laser but there seems to be no comment on versions 6 ands 7.

v5 & v6 are recogniswed as having the best lasers.

but it is possible to find v5/v6
