U can't burn GD-roms with a CD burner or with any burner at all... get a DC broadband adapter or something link the DC to the PC and upload the whole GD-rom to your PC then rip some useless files and downsample music until u got about 700 mb left then make an iso of that...

I don't have a clue, i only know Sega took those broadband thingies out of the market and they are being sold on ebay etc for quite some money... I did read ppl could rip games that way. But its also not easy to rip games i think.. since some files can't be downsampled and need other treatment etc etc. Maybe some1 here has knowledge with it and has a link to a faq or something.

Oh yes true indeed the price easily goes over 100 dollars on ebay, but it would be a very well investment if your into the great DC.

i remember reading there is another way to do it....tricjy to get it started but when you come to making games its piss easy

(by the way i can confirm if this works at all, i have never tried it)

anyway buy a back up gd rom laser, now if you have a hack for eletronics install it in a pc and by the luck of it your pc can now read gd roms, put a blank cdr (a 99 mins one) into your cdr drive and open up nero, click copy and overburn the disc and apparently it should copy, when the copy comes out get your boot disc out and play

yet again i will say i dont know if this method actually does work, i read somewhere some guy did this but if theres any truth to it....

dreamcast

You can now use the dreamcast serial cable for a lot cheaper, you will however lose a little speed but big deal. You can even get them on eBay now, their are some for sale if you search for
(sega dreamcast system pc cable) or something like that. fleabag711
