Unhappy Still not working

I have been trying to back up my copy of GTA Vice City using the Vertitas Record now and PrimoDVD method outlined above. The process goes to %100, but then I get the following error "Px Engine Error (Command:28 Sense:03 ASC:11 ASCQ:05)reading from the disk". I have downloaded the latest Px engine from Vertitas (Thanks Chromedome!) but unfortunately I still get the same error.

Are there any other alternate methods to get the image file on my HD and\or make a useable back-up copy? This is still my 1st try at making a back-up and I can't get past the first step!!

I don't know, however is not that hard to use it. Just make sure that on the new compilation window you choose "DVD Copy" and on the options tab uncheck the "on the fly" to prevent burning errors.
Give it a try and if you need more help I'll try to explain it step by step.
