Tachyon : The Fringe ripping problem
I'm trying to rip an image of the original CD with clonecd, but it is taking a long time. I've tried ripping it with Regenerate Data sectors on and off, but it is still taking a long time. It does the same thing with Crimson Skies. Is there any way to fix this?

If the game is a Safedisk game (check by scanning with Clony XXL) then it'll have read errors at the beginning of the disk around sectors 800-10000. This can take a long time to read, but you can try downloading Daemon Tools >> http://www.daemon-tools.com << and read about it's "Fast Dump" feature on the online manual.
