Battlefield 1.3 Private Server

I am trying to get the private server patch for Battlefield 1.3 to work. Every other patch has seemed to work fine, but this one doesn't even execute. There is no error but it does create the .pid file. Anyone have any luck getting this to work. Here is what I have:

Remove Everything
Install Dedicated 1.3 Server
Replace gamespyhost.dll and bf1942.exe (from fdx-bf13.rar)

Doesn't run

Ok so after alot of testing and hours I figured something out. The Private Server Patch doesn't work for the dedicated server. You must install the whole thing. Here is what worked for me:

1. Uninstall All
2. Install BF1942
3. Install Rome
4. Install 1.3 Client Patch
5. Install Patch
6. Install Patch Fix

Joy! Hours later we have a server! Whoot

Desert combat mod does't work with patch 1.3 no cd and fix

and patch 0.25 desert combat

can't lauch a standalone server may be need new .dll for run new mod

anyone know anything about it please?

Yes, the deciated server doesn't work with 1.3. You need to do a FULL installed of BF1942 and RTR. Then maybe you can run your mod?

7. Install desert combat MOD 0.2 alpha
8. Install Patch DesertCombat 0.25c

Yes my private server run fine now with Desert combat
