No Solder Probs.please help

Hi I have the

No Solder ussing Magic Swap version 2 on PS2 version 7

I have a few backup games , GT , F1200 , Colin Rally 3 , all work fine.

Just got Getaway , GTA vice City & Fifa 2003

And none of the work , Backup on same media and tested on a Solder Mod Chip.

When i Follow

1) Insert Swap Magic DVD Version.

2) When the screen loads saying Insert Disk, Hold Down the eject button until the cd tray opens (make sure you keep your finger on the eject button until the tray is open)

3) Now quickly swap for a DVD Import or a DVDR Backup Game (be quick because the cd tray will auto close in about 5 seconds)

4) When the cd tray closes press X.

It DVDs just make a noise of the PS2 trying to read the diask bit not been able.

What could it be ???

Hey guys, just don't have the time on these forums at the mo!

Anyway, yehm, those games work fine on version 7 so try these steps.

1) Try cleaning your laser (heard reports of version 7s were even after 1 month of purchase the lasers needed cleaning)

2) Check to make sure you're making the backups correctly

3) If nothing else is workin try different media

I'm presuming that the backups are straight 1:1 copys of the dvd based games. If not then swap magic 2 is pants for dvdrips.

it's looks ok m8, I'm presuming its got brushes on it and it's not a solution one. I've dealt with chipsworld be4 and they know there stuff(plus its manufactured by blaze) so it should be top notch.

Give it a whirl then report back!
