PLZ help!!

im a newbie to PS2 Games... normally i only burn Pc games but i got a question....

i got a DVD Burner .. so do i need a mod chip installed or can i just burn a copy and use a swap disc or what???

and if anyone knows where a walk though to help me is i would appreciate it...

the game i need a backup of is SOCOM ..US Navy Seals

There is a thread called Factoids: Backup Procedures....

At the very top of this forum. It will walk you through how to back up your game, along with what software to use also....

YES....YOU NEED A MOD CHIP to play backups...
