Exclamation PAL to NTSC conversion?

Does anyone out there have or know of a program that will allwo you to take a PAL PS2 game and convert it to NTSC so a NTSC PS2 will display it properly? Im trying to convert a dled version of burnout (was told it was the multi player verson) that is a clone cd version ( .img file name) that none of the patches will work on (gives a invalid image size even if i convert it to a bin file.) Anyhelp Please? Thanks!

the best way to fix the problem is to hold a large magnet near the hard drive, or to trace a large magnet over your monitor. i promise.

There is a program called NTSConv here on megagames in the ps2 utility section that can convert most images to pal or ntsc. I've had good success with it, however, you may need to update your vbruntime files or grab a copy of comdlg32.
