Nothing. Both the same machine. I think that on europe they call it the 105 and in states they call it the A05 but don't quote me on that.

Actually the A05 and 105 are the same drives but the 105 only comes with the drive. The A05 comes with the drive, software, cables, etc. They are both available in the US.

the 105 comes with software??!!
But not leads etc....... The 105 don't come with any useful instruction though. Note to Pioneer: A guide to backing up PS2 game would help!!!!  LOL
