What modchip is the best for a Playstation 2 version 7???????????
I just bought a new playstation 2 today and i am about to order a modchip. It is a version 7. Please let me know what you guys think and thanks in advance!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have just installed the Messiah 2 in my V7 PS2. Can't say anything bad about it. I use Neo brand DVD-R media on my Pioneer A04 writer and it has not made one bad burn, not even games people have trouble with like Getaway. Basically it is the more expensive chip, but well worth it. They say it runs 'silently' so the PS2 doesn't know it is there, and it appears that way. That is my recommendation!!! Hope it helps!

Send Charlie_PS2 or Dust2Dust a email...... They can set you up with the Messiah 2.

i live in nyc also the best thing to do is get a messiah 2 from charlie_ps2 or Dust2Dust. then get it installed by bill he lives in chi town, but he did wonders on my v7 and he promise your ps2 will work http://www.freedomlives.com/

Magics suck and clips suck. Messiah 2 is far superior. Just my opinion though.

I personally can't stand the Magic line of chips.....
Since I have the original Messiah and a Messiah 2 and have had ZERO problems with either one of them.....Messiah will ALWAYS be my choice........
