error when using backed up mafia

hello, I did a full install on my computer of my MAFIA backup(all 3 cds)
I changed the game.exe to the crack and no cd version and get a

"error: #3075 Data not found..."

when trying to start the game.
anyone have the same problem or know a way around it?

Yepp just use the original CD:s to install the game!
