Region Free DVD on X-Box

Help!
I'm a complete no-hoper.
I want to be able to watch multi region DVD's on my X-Box.
I've seen some software called DVDX (I think) on this site which I presume I can use to do this. But I've got no idea how!! Please help!!

there is also a dvd regionx disc for the xbox sort of like the ps2 version. does not require mod.

available from www.special.reserve.co.uk

below is a direct quote from the site product description.
i have not tried this so i don't know if it's real or bogus

XBOX DVD REGION X FOR XBOX. Allow Xbox to play DVD's from around the wolrd ( multi-region), Easy to use, No console modifications required This useful tool will allow you to play DVD movies from anywhere in the world on your PAL machine. Using the DVD Region X could not be easier and doesn't involve any modification of your Xbox. (requires NTSC compatible TV or Video with SCART input for playback of NTSC DVD Movies).
