DCGenerator doesn't come with roms, i have roms, how do you use this program with roms? do you have to write a queue sheet? Is there a special 'roms' folsder? Any helpz appreciated!

To make it simple, try using DCFactory available at http://krypt.dyndns.org:81/dcfactory/
It does everything for you!
But the best Genesis/Megadrive emulator on DC is SegaGen. It's hard to get it but it's worth the pain!

Is segagen better than the smash pack echelon hack? Smash is perfect in speed but the sound is really bad crap so i hoped there is a genesis emu with good sound out there.

Segagen and Smash Pack Loader by Echelon are the same thing.

I got the program (LEMAC) and can't seem to get it to work, but DCFactiory did help me, THX
