dvd-r boot for Neo2.2 with AR2v2.23. Help!

Hello,

I think ar2v2.23 have some problems when booting dvd-r. Any idea about the correct sequence? I am trying to boot fifa2003 and no way to do it (I dont know its TOC also but I am trying with GT3). I do not have problems with cd backups.

PS2: SCPH-30004 v3.

Is your laser in good nick?
Cause i hear version 3s dont read dvd-rs well at all?
Also i thought Action Replay 2.0 and onwards didnt do the swap trick?

The laser is working OK, it reads everything else (even dvd-movies, psx backups, ...) I dont thing that is the problem.

On the other hand I have read some methods with neo 2.2 pro and ar2v2 that should work but something happens with version 2.23 because I am no able to obtain the "too many codes" message for example.

Any other experiences?

look at the sticky at the top of this forum which has boot procedures on it.

The nightstalker method on this post should work.
