well see I cant get it to work with timesplitters or twisted metal black any suggestions

Um.... Unsure why it don't work. Is it an official sony one or a third party.

Could be that it might not like the analogue buttons on ps2 controllers but other than that I can't see why not working.

Suprised no-one mentioned this yet.

A PS1 multi-tap works for PS1 games only. You must get a PS2 multi-tap for PS2 games to work in multiplayer modes.
