BG Original Saga No CD

I hope you can help!

I have played all of BG2, IWD2.

My wife bought me Baldur's Gate: The Original Saga ( Including Tales Of The Sword Coast) for Christmas to add to the RPG collection.

It is version 1.3.5521 sold as 3 CDs.

I need a no cd patch to play it on my laptop, as it has an external cd drive.

You can find one for a version that is very close (1.3.5520) here, try that one. Don't forget that you have to check everything in the install program when it asks what to install on your hard disk. Or has the install program a 'full' option ?

I had previously tried the links you suggested, but to no avail.

I have done a full install, tried the 1.3.5520 and 1.3.5512 cracks, but still no luck! There were no instructions with them, so I just extracted them to the game directory. Thought they would work.

I have never had this much trouble with a no cd patch.

Any other suggestions please?
